The Company’s Safety Policy reflects management’s commitment to safety and ensures the provision of necessary resources for its effective implementation. Endorsed by the Accountable Manager, the policy is communicated across the organization through manuals, online portals, and prominently displayed in all operational areas.

Safety is embedded in Aerospace Management and Support PCC corporate values as the highest priority. We are committed to
maintaining a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment and in parallel to actively manage safety as an integral part of our organization. Our goal is the achievement of the highest level of safety performance, meeting regulatory requirements through the course of our delivery of services and promoting a positive safety culture.

Our commitment is to:

  • ensure that all activities performed by Aerospace Management and Support PCC are conducted with reasonable care and due diligence and that everything reasonably practicable has been done to protect the health and safety of the company’s employees and others.
  • ensure that the activities are conducted in safe operating manner as per the industry best practices and standards, always in compliance with the local and international rules and regulations (HCAA, EASA, IATA, ICAO).
  • reduce risk for injuries and/or damage of products, people and property to an acceptable level of safety performance.
  • support the management of safety with all appropriate resources that will result in an organizational culture that promote the development of safe practices, encourages effective safety reporting and establish proper communication, to all departments.
  • ensure effective hazard identification and risk management processes, including a hazard reporting system, towards the elimination or mitigation of the safety risks due to the consequences of hazards resulting from our operations or activities, to achieve continuous improvement in our safety performance.
  • continually improve our safety performance through continuous monitoring and measurement, regular review and adjustment of safety objectives and targets, and diligent achievement of these; and
  • ensure proper response demanded by different functions of the Company when an emergency arises.
  • Encourage safety reporting and ensure that no punitive action will result from this.

“As the Accountable Manager, I assume ultimate responsibility for all safety aspects within Aerospace Management and Support PCC. However, the duty to improve the safety of our operations rests with each of us , from senior management to frontline employees.
